Contains useful information of drafting with the metric system. Includes: paper sizes, drawing sheet layout, pen sizes and line types, scales and dimensioning. Also has a free download of a "Metric Conversion Calculator" which works very well.

Contains some great technical data sheets: metric tables, bolt clearances, metric bolt dimensions and safety signs and colours for example. Also included are AutoCAD tips, employment vacancies, training and a drafters forum.

Maintained by Alan James Wooldridge and "constructed to assist all Draughtsmen, AutoCAD, IntelliCAD, Cadvance and Generic CADD users." It also advertises the services he has to offer. One section I noticed with interest is the section labeled "How to draw", which includes an introduction to first and third angle projection. The CAD program sections have heaps of free downloads and tips.

If you have a bug or a problem to solve in AutoCAD this is the place to find the answer. I always look here first when trying to solve a problem.
