Fast plotting set-up - AutoCAD Tip

From Draftsperson.net

(29 June 2004) (A2000 onwards)

Setting up a plot takes a little time, especially when there are multiple drawings to plot! A simple way to speed this up is to use the "Previous Plot" found at "Page setup name" in the AutoCAD PLOT command.

  1. Type PLOT.
  2. Set up plot and print.
  3. Open another drawing.
  4. Type PLOT.
  5. In the top right hand corner there is "Page setup name", click the drop down and select "Previous Plot".
